Lars C. Verhoef is the Founder and Managing Director of Oriana, where he brings an architectural approach to building organizations that work—clearly, efficiently, and with care for the people inside them. 

With a background in operational leadership and talent management, Lars previously built and ran a recruitment agency, giving him a grounded understanding of how people, roles, and structures truly fit together. Across his career, he has worked with governments, NGOs, startups, and global organizations, leading organizational and cultural change that enables teams to scale growth and impact. 

At Oriana, Lars is known for seeing the whole system and designing what allows it to function well—from onboarding and hiring to leadership programs and day-to-day execution. His work creates stability, momentum, and trust.
